IAMValley provides many programs and forums where its members may publish material. All of the programs on IAMValley.com are self-publishing models which relies on the integrity of its members, giving the site a more "organic" feel. IAMValley has established this Publishing Policy to protect the rights of all of our users and members.

Acceptance of Terms. Please read this Publishing Policy (the "Policy") carefully before you ("you" or "Author") enroll as a member of IAMValley.com, Inc.s ("IAMValley" or "we") IAM Author, IAM Media Channel, IAM Travel Exchange, IAM Education, and IAM Healing Programs ("Programs"). By enrolling as a member of any of these Programs, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of IAMValley.com, Inc.s Publishing Policy and Terms of Service Agreement.

Eligibility. You must be the sole author of all articles submitted for publication, and you must agree to the terms of this Policy. If you are not a U.S. resident, you may participate in the Programs to the extent that your participation does not conflict with applicable law.

Definition of Content. IAMValley allows you to provide your content (including text, data, photos, graphics, music, sounds and videos) to IAMValley in a number of forms such as feature articles, product reviews and digital films. Collectively, these are defined as your "Content."

Content Ownership. You retain all ownership rights to your Content. Previously published Content may be submitted for publication through the Program as long as you own the rights to publish the Content on this site. Although IAMValley does not edit or pre-approve Content submitted by you for publication, you agree to adhere to the terms of this Policy.

You guarantee that you are the sole owner to all Content submitted to IAMValley. You also guarantee that neither the Content nor the rights granted to IAMValley will: (a) violate any copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party, (b) violate any contract or agreement to which you are bound, or (c) violate any applicable law.

IAMValley respects the copyright and intellectual property rights of others and we ask our members to respect those rights as well. IAMValley, at its sole discretion, may remove content which appears to infringe any intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights) of others and/or terminate membership for those who appear to infringe on the rights of others.

Content Filtering and Edits. IAMValley will try to carefully reproduce the content, layout and pagination specified in the Content submitted by you. However, IAMValley reserves the right to: (a) place advertising on Content, (b) include notices along with its logo stating that the Content was published and distributed by IAMValley. Although IAMValley does not pre-screen or edit submitted Content, we may choose to use automated software filters that may prevent you from uploading your Content or may affect its display. The additions of such notices and logos will not cause confusion as to the proper authorship, ownership and origin of Content.

IAMValley may also take any actions that it deems necessary or appropriate to minimize its liability from your Content or to preserve IAMValleys relationships with its service providers (such as Internet access providers) and its co-brand partners. Further, all terms of this Policy shall apply to your Content after any merger, acquisition or sale of the majority of IAMValleys assets.

Limitations on Content Submissions. You agree not to provide any Content to IAMValley that (a) infringes any third-party intellectual property or publicity/privacy rights, (b) violates any applicable law or regulation, (c) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic or harmful, (d) contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or any other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information, (e) is part of any third party referral program, (f) essentially void of meaningful content, (g) is detrimental in anyway to IAMValley.com web site or business, (h) promotes, encourages or provides information on religious or spiritual intolerance or information of any thoughts, beliefs, or practices that IAM Valley may deem harmful or hateful, or (i) is otherwise criminal.

Rating System. All Content submitted for publication through the Programs may automatically participate in IAMValleys Content rating system. IAMValley, at its sole discretion, may at any time change or eliminate the rating system. Members can at any time change or delete their articles and subsequent ratings or postings made by other members in the article at any time.

IAM Barter Exchange. In exchange for articles and content, IAMValley will place a link of our members home or business site in a directory so that readers, if they choose to, can pursue the authors services further. If members dont have such links, then IAMValley does not provide any other compensation (expressed or implied) to the providers of Content.

Authors also grant IAMValley the right to place banner and magazine ads in the display of the content. Furthermore IAMValley may place, within your Content, contextual links to products, services and online advertisement to members enrolled in our IAM Merchants Program.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information. You agree to allow IAMValley the right to disclose your personal information: to IAMValleys agents (such as attorneys or consultants); and where necessary to comply with a court order or at the request of a government agency.

Termination and Modification of Programs. IAMValley reserves the right to terminate any and all of the programs at any time upon thirty (30) days notice to you. You will be notified via e-mail to the address provided by you during the registration process. It is your responsibility to keep current all of your personal information submitted to IAMValley. While IAMValley will make a reasonable effort to notify you, it is your obligation to periodically review the online version of this Policy to determine if it has been modified. We will assume you accept any Program modifications by your continued participation in the affected Program(s). All modifications and/or termination to the Program(s) will be effective and deemed enforceable when the modified version of the Policy is published on the IAMValley.com web site. Terminating Enrollment in the Program(s). If you wish to terminate your enrollment in any of Program, you need to notify IAMValley in writing. You may remove all content from our site (via e-mail at editor@IAMValley.com).

IAMValley may decide, in its sole discretion, to terminate your enrollment in any or all of the Programs if you have violated any of the terms of the applicable Policies. Subsequently, IAMValley may also terminate your enrollment in IAM Barter Exchange. If we terminate your account, you may not re-enroll unless invited to do so by IAMValley.

Your relationship to IAMValley. You are not (in any expressed or implied manner) an agent, employee, partner or joint venturer with IAMValley by enrolling in any of the Programs. Neither you nor IAMValley has the authority to bind, commit or otherwise obligate the other in any manner.

Nontransferability. You may not transfer the terms of this or any other applicable Policy nor any of the rights provided by it without the written consent of IAMValley.

No Warranties. YOU USE THIS SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK. IAMVALLEY PROVIDES ITS SERVICES ON THE SITE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. IAMVALLEY MAKES NO GUARANTEE (EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED) AS TO THE SITES OPERATION, CONTENT, OR ANY INFORMATION, SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE MADE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES (EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED) OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO ALL OF THE FOREGOING. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY RESULTS FROM THE SERVICES OR INFORMATIONAL MATERIAL OFFERED ON THE SITE, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE. IAMVALLEY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT USE OF THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT MESSAGES OR REQUESTS WILL BE DELIVERED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THE SITE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED FROM THIS SITE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELEY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT SUCH ACTION RESULTS IN.

Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL IAMVALLEY, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS OR OTHER THIRD PARITES MENTIONED ON THIS SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING THOSE RESULTING FROM LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SITE.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless IAMValley and its affiliates, agents, directors, officers, employees and licensors from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content or your violation of any term of this Policy, the Terms of Service Agreement or any applicable law.

Governing Law. This Policy and disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy or the Program(s) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

General. This Policy (together with the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service Agreement) constitute the entire agreement between you and IAMValley concerning the Program(s).
